The traveler name in Connexxus (see image below) must match the traveler name listed on government documents. Travelers whose first name is less than two characters have to update the name in their Connexxus profile. For example, if someone's name is R. J. Rodriguez (R. Juan Rodriguez), their profile should be updated to read as RJuan for the first name, or however it normally reads on their government ID. This must be done before travel arrangements can be made through Connexxus.
If employee travelers anticipate someone else making their travel arrangements, the traveler needs to complete the Travel Arranger field (see image below). If you assign a travel arranger, you can then choose options that give travel arrangers permission to book travel for you and have access to view/modify your travel profile information. You can assign up to four travel arrangers.
The Last Name, Email and Department fields are not editable. Though the e-mail address appears as your UCD login (see image below) ID@ucdavis.edu, e-mail notifications will be sent to your campus e-mail address.
The profile feeds information to the three agencies. Credit card information is not stored in the Connexxus profile but can be stored at the agency level or entered each time a purchase is made.
