MyTravel Access

Who Can Access MyTravel?

My Travel access is restricted to users (including students) who have all of the following:
  • An active appointment in Personnel Payroll System (PPS)
  • UCD Login ID
  • Kerberos password

Active employees who can’t get in

If you have set up your UCD login ID and Kerberos password in the last day or two, wait another day. It takes 1-2 days after you request your UCD login ID and Kerberos password for it to register in MyTravel.

You may have more than one user account. This is common when a student becomes a staff member. Contact the IET help desk at 530-754-HELP. They will check your user accounts and if applicable, merge them. You should have access to MyTravel the following day.

What do I do if I don’t have access?

Non-Employee Reports must be completed by an employee who has access to MyTravel, who will then have the payee sign the Non-Employee Certification Form. Please visit Non-Employee Travelers for more information.
