MyTravel AccessWho Can Access MyTravel?My Travel access is restricted to users (including students) who have all of the following:
Active employees who can’t get inIf you have set up your UCD login ID and Kerberos password in the last day or two, wait another day. It takes 1-2 days after you request your UCD login ID and Kerberos password for it to register in MyTravel. You may have more than one user account. This is common when a student becomes a staff member. Contact the IET help desk at 530-754-HELP. They will check your user accounts and if applicable, merge them. You should have access to MyTravel the following day.What do I do if I don’t have access?Non-Employee Reports must be completed by an employee who has access to MyTravel, who will then have the payee sign the Non-Employee Certification Form. Please visit Non-Employee Travelers for more information.The MyTravel system and Travel@UCDavis Web site are a service of the UC Davis Accounting & Financial Services department.
