Have you heard of MyTravel and are now ready to use it? View the following information:

Getting to MyTravel

  • In order to log into MyTravel, you will need to log into the campus authentication service using your campus login ID and Kerberos password
  • After logging into the campus authentication service, you will be redirected to MyTravel Center

The First Time You Log Into MyTravel

The first time you use MyTravel you must complete your User Profile, accessed by clicking on the MyInfo icon in the upper right corner.

On the General Information page:

  • Enter your E-mail Address
  • Review the appropriate Default Dean/VC, Default Department, and Default Subdepartment (if applicable); if changes are needed, contact the MyTravel Help Desk.
  • Other fields are optional and are not recommended for initial set-up
On the Expense Preferences page, indicate how often you wish to be notified of MyTravel transactions and whether or not to display certain text on MyTravel screens. View expense preference details.

On the Delegates page, create delegates who can prepare or approve on your behalf. Demonstrations on how to create delegates and how to act as a delegate are available on our tutorials page.

On the Personal Vehicle page, register your vehicle if you plan to claim mileage on any of your reports. View our vehicle registration page.

Direct Deposit

The university offers direct deposit for travel and entertainment reimbursements. If you would like to receive your reimbursements via direct deposit and are not already receiving them that way, sign up here. Please note that even though you may receive your payroll via direct deposit, you must sign up separately for direct deposit of reimbursements.
