Hotel Agreements
This page provides a summary of the University of California hotel agreements. These agreements provide pre-negotiated rates for university employees and should be used whenever possible for official university travel. Visit

In addition to the UC hotel agreements listed below, the campus Purchasing department has negotiated agreements with Davis, Sacramento, and San Francisco Bay Area hotels. To get a complete list of all hotel agreements, run the Agreement Lookup (34) in Decision Support. Enter commodity code 08460 in the Commodity Code field and check the Show Chartwide Agreements and Show Campuswide Agreements boxes.
Department users are encouraged to use their US Bank Visa Corporate Travel & Entertainment card against the Agreements to book hotel rooms.
When contacting the hotels, always identify yourself as a university employee in order to secure the university rate and any applicable discounts. Use the proper contact phone numbers, Web sites and UC identifying information as noted in each Agreement when making reservations.

To make a reservation, call 1-800-228-9290 or click on the Marriott logo to reserve online.
When calling:
- ask for the University of California Rate
- provide the traveler's UC e-mail address
- provide campus (UCD or UC Davis Medical Center)
- provide Marriott Rewards Number (optional)
When reserving online:
- enter Corporate Rate Code UC0 in Corporate/Promotional Code field
- enter traveler's UCD e-mail address in the Email address field
- enter UCD or UC Davis Medical Center in Company name field.

Reservations may also be made via the Web, by clicking on the applicable hotel link to the left. When making reservations online, click on the Advanced Search link and enter 1000005231 in the Corporate Code field.
Note: Reservations made directly with participating
hotels are not eligible for the discounted rate. The Web sites include different phone numbers than those listed above. The numbers above are the ones that should be used for UC reservations, not the ones on the Web sites.

In order to receive the 20% off rate, UC travelers must do the following:
- Enroll in the Starwood Preferred Guest (SPG) Program. On the enrollment form, indicate the UC Starwood Executive Traveler (SET) #360858 in the SET or Corporate Account Number field.
- Provide UC identification upon check-in.
