Cash Advances

The card should be used to obtain all necessary cash advances. Advances can be obtained at Visa Member Bank locations and/or at any of the thousands of PLUS and Visa ATMs. The cash advance limit is generally 30% of the card limit (the typical card limit is $5,000). Please note that the ATM's daily limit may be less, and you may need to go inside the bank.

There is a 2.5% or $2 minimum/$10 maximum fee for each cash advance. Reimbursable cash advance fees will be limited to two fees within 7 days. It is recommended that ATM cash withdrawals be at least $80 so that no more than the 2.5% effective rate is absorbed.
