U.S. Bank VISA Corporate Card

Eligibility and Credit Reporting

UCD employees who travel or entertain on behalf of the university may apply for a card by completing the U.S. Bank Corporate Card Application.

Individual credit checks are not performed prior to card issuance. U.S. Bank will not release credit information resulting from university employees' corporate cards to outside sources unless the account has been extremely delinquent or has been turned over to a collection agency.

Charge activity, account status, and any delinquency information will be provided by U.S. Bank to the university.

The university will collect specific, meaningful historical data, which will facilitate negotiations.
