CTS Overview
A central account is available to departments to charge all airfare. Contacting UCD preferred travel agencies having an authorized CTS billing method is the most efficient means of acquiring airfare. This method of acquisition is called CTS Billing and does not require the use of a cardmember's UCD VISA Corporate Card.
