Tickets

UC Davis Policy and Procedure Manual Section 330-80 allows for the purchase of tickets to sporting, theatrical, and musical events for prospective donors or employees in connection with official university business on an exception basis only.

How to Purchase Tickets

Tickets purchased for entertainment or development purposes may be purchased using a U.S. Bank Corporate Card or a personal credit card. See campus directive 07-048 for more information.

Signature Requirements

The purchase of tickets to sporting, theatrical, and musical events for prospective donors or employees in connection with official university business must be approved by the department head and one of the following:

Associate Vice Chancellor – Finance/Controller or designee (campus)
Vice Chancellor – Human Health Sciences or designee (UCDHS)
Chancellor
