Hotel Agreements

This page provides a summary of the systemwide and local (Davis) hotel agreements. These agreements provide pre-negotiated rates for university employees and should be used whenever possible for official university travel. Visit Hotel Reservations for instructions on making reservations.

Department users are encouraged to use their US Bank Visa Corporate Card to book hotel rooms.

When contacting the hotels, always identify yourself as a university employee in order to secure the university rate and any applicable discounts. Use the proper contact phone numbers, Web sites and UC identifying information as noted in each agreement when making reservations.

For the systemwide agreements below (Marriott and Starwood), they are negotiated for individual official business travel only. If a group reservation is needed, contact the hotel directly for rates. The group rate has to be negotiated with each hotel location.
